Established in 2012.
Caffe Caldo was started in the fall of 2012 and was founded upon one basic principle: people first. From the passions of an expert Italian chef, an extremely experienced barista, and a hugely passionate owner, Caffe Caldo seeks to bridge the gap between perfection and accessibility. Bringing amazing people and incredible food together, under the roof of one of the most unique cafe experiences in Orange County, is what this business will always seek to achieve.

Hello my name is Barbara McCall and I am the owner of Caffe Caldo, my goal is to bring you my customer the best coffee, food, pastries and desserts with great customer service in an Italian steampunk setting and these are not just words I work very hard and take a lot of pride in my little place. so if you ever feel this is not the experience you find here I urge you to please contact me personally.

  Best eggs Benedict I've ever had! I don't know what kind of magical seasoning they put on it, but the flavor is out of this world. Also their French Toast is amazing. It comes with a side of mascarpone and syrup for a perfect finishing touch. Their coffee is good. Warning, the food takes forever (like 45min) to come out. Also they have two kinds of stools to sit on. The bicycle stools are the most uncomfortable thing I've ever sat on.

  One of my all time favorite spots Every time I'm here staff is friendly and awesome and the coffee and food is really good. 10/10
